Cancellation Policy

A 50% advance is required to confirm and hold your shoot date. This advance secures your slot and reserves our team's time, equipment and travel for your session.

Cancellations made more than 10 days before the shoot date are eligible for a refund of the advance, less a small processing fee. Please send any cancellation request to us in writing.

No cancellation is allowed within 10 days of the shoot date. The advance is non-refundable for cancellations made within this period.

Rescheduling is free of charge when requested in advance and is subject to availability. No cancellation charge applies on the booking amount for a genuine reschedule.

In case of bad weather, the shoot is moved to the next available day. Cancellation is not allowed on account of weather.

Once a shoot has been completed, no refund is applicable.

In the unlikely event of cancellation by the photographer or a total photographic failure, our liability is limited to an 80% refund of the fees paid.

Any charges for using a property or location during the shoot are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
